What you will be doing:
  • Sourcing best talents by conducting an active search for all the vacancies, exploring various job portals and databases
  • Providing full lifecycle recruiting service for technology roles and great candidate experience at every opportunity
  • Use your creativity, selling skills and experience to attract and source best tech talents
  • Create your own tools and environments to find right people in a efficient way
  • Seeking new and innovative ways to reach candidates for all IT roles

What makes you succeed on this position:
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting IT candidates
  • Good knowledge of different sector-specific sourcing channels and recruitment methods
  • Very good Estonian and English, written and verbal
  • Passion for tech people and selling
  • Be a creative thinker who enjoys tackling a challenge and reaching "yes" when "no" is in the air
  • Initiative, consistent and systematic, with “can do” attitude
