We are looking for an ambitious Customer Support Specialist, who can help our B2B customers and end-users of our product find solutions to their problems regarding our public transportation ticketing system.
This position is just for you, if you:
- like to consult and help people by providing them the right information and solve their problems;
- have interest in IT systems and you have the ability to find solutions to technical problems;
- value high quality customer service and like to work in a team to provide the best solutions;
- wish to apply your language skills in Estonian, English and Russian;
- are punctual and enjoy handling multiple tasks at once.
