Kadri Haufe joined Ridango as the Chief Commercial Officer
Kadri Haufe began working as the Chief Commercial Officer of Ridango from Monday. Her goal is to support the aspiration of the Estonian company to become an international leader.
Ridango is an Estonian company specializing in the development of systems for public transport ticketing as well as RTPI and AFC systems. “Our goal is to become the leading European provider of smart transport systems by 2025 and to grow into a group of technological companies associated with the public transport sector. This is an ambitious goal that requires a team of strong players. Kadri is a great addition to this team, with her versatile international experience opening up new horizons for us,” commented Erki Lipre, the chairman of the board of Ridango.
Kadri Haufe spent almost seven years in Denmark as a leading consultant at PA Consulting Group, where she was responsible for strategy management and business design. Haufe has advised some of the largest Scandinavian companies in the public and private sector, including in the field of transportation. After returning to Estonia, she worked as the head of the support services department in If Kindlustus, and for the last three years has been managing the strategy and business development at the Baltika Group.
As a chief commercial officer of Ridango, Kadri Haufe is responsible for business development, marketing and communications, project management and key account management. “We primarily focus on how to most effectively organize the work of teams in order to meet the expectations of customers and partners. This year we also plan to update the company’s product and marketing strategy, which will result in creation of an action plan for the commercial sector. Ridango is a strong player with a clear goal. I believe that my previous experience is excellently suited for supporting the achievement of these goals,” added Kadri Haufe.
Raimo Talviste has also recently joined Ridango as the new Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he held management positions, for example, in the international industrial group AQ Group, KPMG and in the publicly traded company Nordecon.
This year, Ridango has already initiated a number of large-scale product development and hardware projects. The company is also developing a solution for on-demand public transport, which will initially be meant for effective transport management in green areas. Founded in 2009, AS Ridango currently has ca. 100 employees and a turnover of nearly ten million euros. In the winter of 2020, majority in Ridango was acquired by BaltCap Private Equity Fund III.
